Ms. Rodriguez was born in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, and raised in Newberg, Oregon. She was brought to the United States as a minor in 2000. Having navigated the immigration process herself, she understands the fear and anxiety people experience as they navigate through the immigration process. Due to her background and life experiences, Ms. Rodriguez is deeply committed to advocating and helping empower immigrant communities in any way she can.
