Andrés Santiago is an Associate Attorney at Noble Vrapi in our Albuquerque office. He represents individuals and businesses in cases involving family and business visa petitions, green card applications, naturalization and citizenship, H-1B visas, PERM applications, worksite enforcement/I-9 compliance, and other immigration matters. Mr. Santiago is fluent in Spanish.
Mr. Santiago received his B.A. in Economics and Spanish Magna Cum Laude from Temple University in his hometown of Philadelphia, PA. He then received his J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, FL, where he also graduated with honors. While in law school, Mr. Santiago served on the Executive Board for the St. Thomas Law Review and the Lambda Law Society. Mr. Santiago works closely with the Mexican Consulate in Albuquerque and the New Mexico Bar to increase access to immigration lawyers in the community.
Mr. Santiago is dedicated to the immigrant community. The son of Puerto Rican migrants to the United States, Mr. Santiago personally identifies with the immigrant community.
