Stefani Madera is a Client Relations Specialist at Vrapi Weeks in the Albuquerque office. She prides herself on creating a warm and friendly environment for anyone who walks through our doors. She also assists the team with administrative duties. Ms. Madera is fluent in Spanish.

Ms. Madera was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where she graduated from the University of New Mexico with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Chicano/a Studies. She plans to go back to school to complete a master’s degree or go to law school in the future.

Ms. Madera’s parents immigrated from Jalisco, and she witnessed firsthand the hardships that being undocumented can present in a family. Her childhood was spent in the international district of Albuquerque alongside families like her own, undocumented and afraid, but the community was strong and willing to help anyone and everyone that came their way. These are the qualities that have pushed Ms. Madera to always work toward creating a space for people with similar stories to hers, so they can stop being afraid and take control of their lives..

Outside of work, Stefani spends all her time with her son trying to fill his life with adventures she never got to have. When there is time, she likes to read about anything under the sun, bake, travel and relax with good food and great friends.
